This vibrant evening is a celebration of rich aromatics, smoky grills, and pure comfort, where India’s most beloved flavours come alive.
Guests can begin their culinary journey at the live tandoor station, sizzling with favourites like paneer tikka, lamb boti kabab, zaffrani jhinga, seekh kababs and more, each kissed by flame and infused with bold spice.
A visit to the curries and biryani bar is essential; a showcase of iconic dishes such as butter chicken, mutton rogan josh, shrimp coconut curry, palak paneer, and not one but two fragrant rice classics: Awadhi and Hyderabadi biryani.
Keep the experience exciting with a stop at the pani puri and chaat station, where every plate is prepared fresh to order.
Crispy cravings are well taken care of, too, with a tempting spread featuring pakora, chicken 65, coconut shrimp bao and masala fries; the perfect prelude to the feast ahead.
And for the ultimate showstopper, the smoked raan carving station presents beautifully marinated Indian-style lamb, tender, aromatic and carved right before your eyes.
Seafood Night
