Brought to life by the iconic Italian porcelain house Ginori 1735, Café Ginori is a celebration of design, heritage, and la dolce vita.
From breakfast to aperitivo, every detail echoes the legacy of craftsmanship and the timeless glamour of both brands.
Guests are invited into an environment where fine porcelain meets haute hospitality, with an elegant retail space featuring signature pieces from the Oriente Italiano, Labirinto, Il Viaggio di Nettuno, and Diva collections.

The interiors are a visual feast. Think handcrafted Ondori Azalea fabrics, bespoke wallpapers in soft petal hues, and a carefully curated showcase of the Domus home décor collection.
The café’s design not only elevates the dining experience but transforms it into a multisensory escape inspired by the Italian art of living.
“We’re thrilled to introduce Café Ginori at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort—a place where the glamour of St. Regis meets the expressive spirit of Ginori 1735,” said Arun Narayanan, Multi-Property General Manager. “This opening unites two storied houses known for their commitment to elegance, style, and cultural richness.”
The menu is a curated ode to Italian tradition: Panzanella, Vitello Tonnato, Ribollita Soup, and Truffle Arancini, followed by decadent desserts such as Sicilian Cannoli, Ricotta Tart, and Sfogliatella. Served on Ginori 1735’s most iconic porcelain collections, even the Ginori Afternoon Tea becomes a ceremony of taste and style—each element designed to spark delight.
To mark the launch, guests were welcomed to an exclusive soirée, complete with handcrafted mocktails infused with Italian botanicals and a live painting session celebrating the artistry of Ginori’s Florentine roots.
As a signature keepsake, the collaboration introduces the limited-edition Ginori 1735 coaster set—a bespoke tribute to the St. Regis Bloody Mary, available exclusively online and crafted to commemorate this luxurious fusion.
Following its debut in Florence, and presence in Venice, Riyadh, and Dubai, Café Ginori Saadiyat continues the brand’s global expansion—anchoring its next chapter in Abu Dhabi’s coastal elegance and cultural sophistication.
