Abu Dhabi has a vegan brunch and here is where you can enjoy it

King Kale Salad, Charred Aubergine Steak and more at this vegan brunch in Abu Dhabi.

Vegans of Abu Dhabi rejoice as the Market at EDITION will be laying on the capital’s first vegan-only brunch.

Serving up all your favourite plant-based dishes, you and your green friends can indulge for two hours every Sunday from 1pm to 5pm at the stylish restaurant.

The specially crafted menu by Michelin-starred Chef Tom Aikens, will offer green gastronomes a three-course experience that is bursting with global flavours and quality plant-based ingredients.

Begin with the rather scrumptious  King Kale Salad and Cauliflower Tabbouleh sharing plates before tucking into a choice of mains including Charred Aubergine Steak, Chia Base Pizza and favourite Crushed Avocado that sees grilled rye bread, flax sesame, and cashew nuts join the popular green berry.

For that sweet ending it has to be Market Fruits or the Black Rice Pudding of passion fruit sorbet, rice pudding and coconut that will send those with a sweet tooth home very happy.
