Hoi An restaurant in Abu dhabi upgrades its famous Super Sapa menu

The Vietnemese favourite revamps its supper club experience and now will be offering it from Tuesday to Friday.

Famous with Abu Dhabi residents and those visiting this great capital of ours, the Super Sapa dinner experience  at Hoi An restaurant, Shangri-La Abu Dhabi, is perfect for those looking to enjoy both a relaxed atmosphere and discover authentic Vietnamese flavours.

The new all-you-can-eat menu designed by Hoi An’s Chef De Cuisine, Ta Van Ninh, has been inspired by the wholesome, homely meals cooked in the kitchens of the Sa Pa region in northwest Vietnam. 

The dishes take diners to the picturesque mountainous landscape of the trekking towns of this region, introducing them to the culture of ethnic tribes through authentic flavours served at the Sapa Market.

Tuck into appetisers like Fried Chicken Spring Rolls with Hoi Sin Sauce, Duck Salad with Fresh Herbs, Prawn and Fish Cakes and Vegetable Soft Rice Paper Rolls.

While the same selection of appetisers will be served throughout the week, the new Super Sapa menu includes a rotation of daily special dishes such as Oven Baked Salmon with Black Bean Sauce on Tuesdays, Wok Tossed Jumbo River Prawns on Wednesdays, Twice Cooked Duck Breast with Pepper Curry Sauce on Thursdays, Deep Fried Fish with Spicy Green Mango Salad on Fridays as well as exciting desserts, so guests can enjoy a twist on the menu every day.

The Super Sapa dinner is available every Tuesday to Friday, from 6pm to 9pm and priced at AED 168 with soft drinks and AED 228 with selected house grapes, hops and signature mixes.  Guests can also enjoy the dinner with an addition of bubbly at AED 258.
