Cosmic Glow is a celebration of nature, culture, and creativity
If your idea of a perfect evening includes stargazing, storytelling, and dancing under the stars then pack your tents, gather your crew, and head to Jebel Hafit Desert Park for Cosmic Glow.
This is a family-friendly, three-part stargazing series lighting up the Al Ain sky on 19 and 26 April and 3 May, 2025.
This isn’t your average night out. Set at the breathtaking UNESCO World Heritage Site of Jebel Hafit, Cosmic Glow is part of the Mountain Trails & Tales lineup; a celebration of nature, culture, and creativity where every evening is sprinkled with wonder.
From 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm, you will step into a desert dreamscape where science meets imagination.
Think deep-sky telescope viewings, planet-spotting with expert astronomers from Al Sadeem Observatory, and a chance to try your hand at astrophotography.
But the night doesn’t stop there.
Channel your inner artist at the UV painting and silk-screening workshops, where guests can create their own cosmic-inspired T-shirts. Bring your own or grab one on-site; either way, you’ll leave with wearable art that’s as unique as the constellations above.
Looking to tap into your rhythm? Join an interactive drumming circle, where beats echo through the mountains, blending perfectly with the ambient desert vibes.
And for the brave and curious, don’t miss the Night Archaeology Tour; a moonlit journey through ancient tombs and ruins led by a local Emirati culture expert. Goosebumps guaranteed.
