Get ready, desert thrill-seekers! The Liwa International Festival, aka Moreeb Dune 2025, is back from 13 December 2024 to 4 January 2025, transforming Al Dhafra’s sands into a playground of motorsport madness, family fun, and UAE traditions under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
At the towering Moreeb Dune – 300 metres high – you’ll experience bike drag racing, Monster Jam trucks, dune buggies, and the epic Hill Climb Championship finale on New Year’s Eve, complete with fireworks and a live concert. Don’t miss Liwa Village’s souks, food delights, and live music, with past acts like Ludacris bringing down the house. Plus, family zones, camel races, archery, falconry, and a unique film show highlighting desert culture make it must-see.
