The Korean Cultural Center is all set to unveil ‘The Sense of Living’, a solo exhibition by Siwon Ghim, a rising Korean abstract artist.
Featuring 14 mesmerising pieces of abstract painting, the exhibition invites you to explore her artistic journey and discover the power of self-expression.

Siwon Ghim, a rising Korean abstract artist, graduated from the Slade School of Fine Art in 2014 and is currently actively working in Seoul, Korea. Starting with her first solo exhibition in 2018, she has consistently expressed her determination to define her identity through her artworks.

With this exhibition, she continues to explore the artist’s conviction and beliefs, finding them through the sensations of her body.
In 2020, Siwon Ghim was selected for the ‘Grant for Artist Management Program’ organised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Korea, which she will continue to expand her works until 2025.
Some of her artworks are also displayed in Yeongcheon City’s Department of Culture and Art, Kimreeaa Gallery in Seoul, LKIF Gallery, Gabi Gallery, Gallery 3ann, and Gallery Lee & Bae to name a few.
