It’s possible with the arrival of SUSHISAMBA at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers!
Adding to the hotel’s existing line-up of award-winning restaurants, SUSHISAMBA brings its internationally acclaimed explosion of vibrant colours, amazing flavours, entrancing music and lively vibes.
Inspired by three distinct cultures and cuisines, the hotspot is a fan favourite across the world in London, Las Vegas and Dubai.
Making its debut in Abu Dhabi in April 2024, SUSHISAMBA honours the stories of Japanese travellers who emigrated to Peru and Brazil in the early 20th century.
Once opened, you will find the brilliant restaurant on Podium 1 of Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. Spanning two floors, guests will find a restaurant and terrace on the first floor, while the second floor will house a private dining room, bar, an infamous SAMBAROOM and a terrace offering beautiful sea views.

The food remains at the core of the celebrations, of course. Led by Culinary Director Kyung Soo Moon. SUSHISAMBA’s eclectic menu is crafted with impeccable skill and premium ingredients, with many products sourced directly from Japan, Brazil and Peru.
So foodies can expect everything from traditional Japanese tempura and sushi, to Brazilian churrasco and moqueca and Peruvian anticuchos and ceviche, each delicate yet satisfying dish is meant to be shared and appreciated with loved ones.
We’re already dreaming of the signature dishes including some of the most popular Chilean Seabass anticuchos made with white miso and chives, Asevichado roll, Ultimate sushi and sashimi platter featuring signature rolls, everyone’s favourite Black Cod, Sea Bream Seviche with green chilli, coriander and cancha corn, and Japanese doughnuts to name a few!
Throughout the week, guests can expect show-stopping live entertainment from incredible dancers, DJs and musicians. Special events such as a sizzling ladies’ night and an unmissable Saturday brunch are also on the cards, watch this space for more!
