Embrace the Peruvian flavours with the upcoming pop-up Pachamama, at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers
Time to savour some Peruvian flavours at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers this season!
Starting on 9 December, treat your palate to the exclusive pop-up restaurant, Pachamama by Eber Villalobos. Running until 9 March, the space will pay homage to the Peruvian term meaning Mother Earth.
In keeping with the Year of Sustainability, the pop-up’s name and ethos reflect its commitment to sustainable, seasonal, and responsibly sourced ingredients.
Curated by Chef Eber, Pachamama’s culinary philosophy is rooted in honouring Earth’s bounty, connecting diners to the land, and promoting mindful and responsible practices for a holistic and unmissable dining experience.
His passion for preserving authenticity and simplicity comes from his Peruvian heritage and cooking techniques passed down from his mother and grandmother.
Highlights on the menu include classics such as Tacos made with Plantain tortillas, Ceverchi, and Empanadas—all infused with Peruvian influences. With sides like Yuca, appetisers or De La Barra like Ceviche and Chef’s Specialities like Parrilla on the menu as well, it’s a culinary journey perfect for gourmands and adventurers alike!
