Etihad Airways relaunches flights to Kenya

Flights to one of the most popular tourist destinations for UAE ex-pats to enjoy a surreal safari experience have just opened up once more.

Etihad Airways has confirmed that it will resume its flights to Nairobi, Kenya, from 15 December 2024, with tickets now available for purchase.

The airline will operate four weekly nonstop flights between Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) and Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO).

Etihad’s Vice President of Network and Scheduling expressed the airline’s enthusiasm for reconnecting these two vibrant cities this winter.

“We are delighted to reinstate our services between Abu Dhabi and Nairobi. We extend our gratitude to the Kenyan and UAE authorities for facilitating the resumption and appreciate our passengers’ patience.”
