Guests will enjoy an elegant medley of premium teas, artisanal sandwiches, delicate pastries, and indulgent confections, all presented with the unmistakable Andaz touch.

Christmas Fable

Cyan Brasserie presents Christmas Fable, a five-course festive odyssey where culinary artistry meets storytelling.
Each dish unfolds like a chapter, weaving together seasonal produce, elegant technique, and imaginative flair.
Guests may choose between the Signature Menu or a Vegetarian Narrative, each curated by Head Chef Joevel Magpantay and his culinary team.
Expect dishes that blur the boundaries between memory and fantasy, from mushroom parcels with shaved truffle or plant-based ‘scallops’ in saffron velouté to duck a la noël with winter beetroot jus or an exquisite Alaskan king crab royale.
