To send off the year in the grandest manner possible, the smart and swanky poolside restaurants are combining to serve a wonderful evening brunch.

Opt for the Roast Beef option; suitable for eight to 10 guests for AED 980. Trimmings aside, you get the Crispy Herb Roasted Potatoes, Parsnips and Carrots, Brussels Sprouts, Turkey Chipolatas, Sage and Apricot Bread Stuffing with a Thyme infused Jus.
But of course, there is no Christmas without desserts. The classic Christmas log will you set you back for AED 210 each, available in three delicious flavours of Chocolate Chestnut Caramel, Classic Vanilla, and Chocolate Cherry Marquise.
