Collectors and history enthusiasts can now get their hands on a new limited-edition stamp collection celebrating the UAE’s heritage.
Zayed National Museum has teamed up with Emirates Post to launch an exclusive commemorative stamp collection celebrating last year’s opening of the UAE’s national museum while honouring the legacy of the nation’s Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
But these aren’t your average stamps.
The special collection features a selection of artefacts from the museum’s collection, giving people a chance to own a small piece of the UAE’s history.
Alongside a historic photograph of Sheikh Zayed, the stamps showcase objects that tell the story of the Emirates across thousands of years.
Only 5,000 sheets have been produced, making them a must-have for stamp collectors and cultural enthusiasts alike.
Each sheet contains five unique stamps featuring historically significant artefacts and archival imagery connected to the UAE’s rich heritage.

Among the highlights is a striking 1974 photograph of Sheikh Zayed taken by renowned French photographer Jack Burlot.
Other featured designs include a traditional khanjar, a symbol deeply connected to Emirati identity and heritage, as well as fascinating archaeological discoveries from across the country.
History fans will spot a cup decorated with falaj illustrations discovered at Al Ain’s Hili Archaeological Site, a beautiful tabla pendant dating back to the 1930s, and a ceramic incense burner unearthed at the Bidaa Bint Saud Archaeological Site.
These artefacts offer a glimpse into the traditions, innovation and communities that have shaped the UAE over centuries.
The collection was unveiled during a special ceremony at Zayed National Museum attended by senior representatives from the museum and 7X.
