Inspired by the enchanting ‘Picturing the Cosmos’ exhibition at the Children’s Museum, the lineup of activities is set to illuminate minds and inspire a love of space, with highlights including unforgettable outdoor film screenings of ‘Space Jam’ and ‘The Little Prince’.
If that wasn’t enough, there’s also the unique opportunity to meet UAE astronauts HE Dr Sultan bin Saif AlNeyadi and Hazzaa AlMansoori in collaboration with Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC).

Kicking off the cosmic journey, attendees can revel in the outdoor movie screenings curated by Rinku Awtani. With the stunning backdrop of the museum, ‘Space Jam’ will bring beloved characters and intergalactic excitement to life, while ‘The Little Prince’ offers a poignant exploration of the universe through the eyes of its young hero. These films, shown under a canopy of stars, can be enjoyed with delectable snacks provided by Salt Camp and Aptitude Café.
Families can set up camp on the promenade steps, wrapped up in the warmth of a winter’s night, ready to be transported to far-flung galaxies. Adding to the astronomical adventure, museum-goers will get the chance to engage in moon-gazing and space-themed activities, making for an informative and thrilling evening.
