Applications are now accepted for the 2023 edition of the Numoo: The Arts Centre Development Initiative
Calling all creatives: This is your chance to take your artistic talents to the next level!
NYU Abu Dhabi will hold the second edition of Numoo: The Arts Center Development Initiative, an artist development programme designed to support performing artists in the UAE, and nurture the growth of the country’s arts ecosystem.
Whether you’re a poet, musician, writer or theatre maker, UAE-based artists across different backgrounds and artistic disciplines are encouraged to apply for the programme.
Artists chosen to join the programme will undergo an intensive year-long mentorship with leading professionals from diverse artistic fields, including The Arts Center staff and invited international arts professionals.

The 2023 Numoo programme, which is supported by the US Mission to the UAE, will also expose participants to the local arts scene, giving them a deeper appreciation of the arts movement in the UAE.
Applications will have to be submitted online. Deadline for submission of application is on 28 April.
The Numoo programme is part of a diverse mix of activities prepared by NYU Abu Dhabi this year that are designed to engage and inspire the community.
