His Excellency reiterated the importance of supporting talent and nurturing creative visions, underscoring the belief that progress and prosperity are intertwined with innovative ideas.
The occasion marked the honouring of the 2023 ADMAF Awards winners in various fields, including jewellery design, fine arts, performing arts, and sustainable design.
The ceremony, held at the Majlis of HE Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahyan, celebrated outstanding achievements and showcased the talent and innovation within the community.
Among the awardees, Badria Ali Saif Salim, a graduate of the University of Sharjah, received recognition for her exemplary craftsmanship and creativity in jewellery design.
Her winning masterpiece, ‘Al Iqd Al Bahir,’ symbolises the rich heritage and cultural significance of the United Arab Emirates.

Sarra’a Abdulaziz Alshehhi, a graduate of Zayed University, was honoured for her film ‘A Small Dream’ with the Gulf Capital – ADMAF Visual Arts Award.
The film explores the dreams and struggles of its protagonist, Maitha, as she pursues her aspiration to swim in the sea.
Director Mohamed Juma Ali Al Darmaki, along with his talented ensemble from the Sharjah Performing Arts Academy, received The Gulf Capital – ADMAF Creativity Award for their immersive theatrical experience ‘Phobia.’
The performance takes audiences on a journey of self-discovery and resilience.
Sara AlMahmoud and Maryam AlQassim, students at the American University of Sharjah, were recognized with the TotalEnergies Sustainability Design Award for their project ‘The Makeshift City.’ Their innovative vision for Sharjah’s industrial areas aligns with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
