According to newly released 2026 rankings, the UAE passport has reached a record-breaking mobility score of 182, further cementing the country’s reputation as one of the world’s most globally connected nations.
For UAE citizens, it means easier access to international destinations for business, leisure, and lifestyle travel at a time when many countries are tightening visa regulations and reducing visa-free entry options.

The latest rankings from The Passport Index build on the momentum the UAE has already seen this year.
Earlier this year, the Henley Passport Index also ranked the UAE passport among the world’s strongest, placing it joint second globally alongside Japan and South Korea, with visa-free access to 187 destinations worldwide.
