Your chance to experience a historic night of Filipino rock anthems
Three titans of Original Pilipino Music will come together for the first time ever at OPM Rock Legends, taking place on 10 January 2026 at Etihad Arena, Yas Island.
This landmark show unites Ely Buendia, Chito Miranda, and Arnel Pineda for a one-night-only celebration of Filipino rock anthems that have defined generations.
The term Original Pilipino Music (OPM) emerged in the 1970s, with ‘Pilipino’ reflecting the Tagalog spelling standard of the era.
While language norms have since evolved to ‘Filipino’, the phrase endures as a powerful emblem of national pride, representing the voice, stories, and spirit of the Filipino people.
Ely Buendia, Eraserheads’ iconic frontman and celebrated songwriter, helped shape the golden age of OPM rock in the ’90s with hits like Ang Huling El Bimbo, With a Smile, and Pare Ko, songs that remain etched into the cultural identity of millions.

Chito Miranda, the magnetic lead vocalist of Parokya ni Edgar, brought humour, honesty, and everyday relatability to OPM through beloved classics such as Harana, Buloy, and Your Song (My One and Only You), turning the band into a fan favourite for more than 20 years.
Arnel Pineda rose from the local Philippine music scene to global fame when he became the lead singer of legendary American band Journey in 2007; a real-life rock story that continues to inspire Filipinos worldwide through his powerhouse vocals and unbreakable determination.
For the first time in history, these three icons will share the same stage, performing their biggest hits in an epic homage to the legacy and lasting impact of OPM.
This is a night of nostalgia, heart, and pure Filipino pride you won’t want to miss.
