Create a new work home at the new co-working space coming up soon. Titled M_39 or Madar_39, you can rent a new workspace right in the heart of MiZa, Mina Zayed’s innovation district, with neighbours including 421 and MAKE.
From flexible workspaces to studios or fully-fledged offices, there’s a space to rent for everyone from freelancers to small or medium-sized business.
Essentially, it’s the most wholesome workday, where you can wrap up a day of work at a cool new studio or space and then head on to the cool new exhibitions at 421 or opt for retail therapy at Souq Al Mina.

The space is due to open in early 2024, applications for which are open already!
Day rates at the moment start from AED 110, or you can get a lite membership with hot desk access 12 days a month for AED 600. Alternatively, you can rent a dedicated desk for AED 750.
And there are some perks in the office too, with a hot desk, access to the community pantry facilities, as well as the large roof deck with gorgeous views of the Abu Dhabi skyline.
