Etihad Airways is soaring to new heights, securing second place globally in the latest AirHelp rankings.
Earning an impressive 8.07 overall score, the UAE national carrier was praised for its on-time performance (8) and customer opinion (8.8), climbing nine spots from last year.
This latest development highlights its continued investment in fleet upgrades, passenger comfort, and sustainable operations.
Dubai-based operator Emirates also made waves, jumping 39 positions to 16th globally, and achieving one of the highest customer opinion scores (9) worldwide, cementing its reputation for long-haul luxury and comfort.
Other UAE budget airlines performed strongly as well, with Air Arabia ranking 38th and flydubai 71st, proving reliability and value go hand-in-hand.

The UAE stands out globally, with four airlines featured among the world’s top 100, reflecting the country’s scale, innovation, and commitment to excellence in aviation.
