Etihad Airways, the UAE’s national flag carrier heads to further heights as it reaps the accolade of one the most on-time airlines regionally and one of the most punctual carriers worldwide.
The UAE’s favourite airline also ranked for punctuality in 2022 too, with one of the lowest cancellation rates in the world.
The Punctuality League ratings by the global aviation analytics group (OAG) have thus far in 2023 listed Etihad Airways as one of the few airlines in the Middle East that consistently operates above 80 per cent on-time arrival performance and maintains one of the lowest cancellation rates worldwide.
In the first half of 2023, Etihad achieved an on-time arrival performance rating within 15 minutes of 83.4 per cent.
