Something special is happening in the capital this weekend.

The Louvre Abu Dhabi swapping fine art for fine beats as UK house legend Eats Everything takes over the decks in collaboration with Ministry of Sound and Abu Dhabi House Movement (ADHM).

Launched last year and having graced top venues like Ilios Beach Club, Fahid Beach Club, and the Louvre Abu Dhabi before, this is a bold statement from a collective determined to put Abu Dhabi on the global house music map.

Cultivating a house music culture

“Abu Dhabi needed a true house music culture,” say the ADHM founders, Tom Worton and Marc Williams, who also form the DJ duo December12.

“Bringing a name like Eats Everything and a brand as iconic as Ministry of Sound to the Louvre is our way of showing that world-class house events belong here, and this is just the beginning.”

Real name Dan Pearce, Eats Everything is a Bristol-born DJ and producer known for his high-energy blends of house, techno, and bass-heavy club sounds.

He has become one of the UK’s most in-demand selectors, performing at iconic venues and festivals worldwide including Glastonbury and Amnesia Ibiza, and his appearance this weekend in Abu Dhabi breaks new ground for die-hard house music fans.

For ADHM, this weekend’s event is about more than the music; it’s about building a community wo want to connect.

“We want people to feel part of something,” they add. “Expect top-tier sound, incredible lighting, and an atmosphere that celebrates house in its purest form.”

The Louvre experience

There’s no denying the magic of the setting. Guests will wander through the Louvre’s stunning architecture, pass beneath Jean Nouvel’s mesmerising dome, and find themselves in an open-air space transformed by beats, basslines, and light.

“It’s house music experienced as art,” ADHM says proudly. “The setting elevates everything. It’s powerful, inspiring, and totally unique to Abu Dhabi.”

What’s next for ADHM

The movement isn’t slowing down anytime soon. “We’re planning more collaborations, launching our own label, and even bringing music to venues that have never hosted events before,” the guys tease.

It’s safe to say this weekend’s gig marks the start of something even bigger for house fans, for Abu Dhabi, and for the region’s fast-rising music scene.
