BRED X returns to Yas Island on 13 and 14 November
If you needed another reason to head to Yas Island this November, here it is.
Bryson Tiller and Central Cee are heading to Abu Dhabi as the headline acts for BRED X, a special two-day celebration of contemporary culture taking place at Etihad Live on 13 and 14 November.
The limited-edition event comes from the team behind BRED Abu Dhabi Festival and will bring together some of the biggest names, creatives, brands and communities from across the region for a weekend packed with music, art, sport, fashion and food.
Things kick off on 13 November with a night dedicated to regional talent, with local and emerging artists taking to the stage alongside a programme of creative experiences.
Then, on 14 November, the big names arrive. Multi-platinum R&B star Bryson Tiller will bring his signature mix of trap and soul to the capital, performing some of his biggest hits.
British rap sensation Central Cee will join him, bringing the drill and hip-hop sound that has made him one of the UK’s biggest global stars.
But BRED X is about much more than what’s happening on stage.
Sports fans can catch the Red Bull Half Court national finals, where some of the UAE’s best street basketball players will go head-to-head in fast-paced 3×3 action.
There will also be dance challenges and plenty of opportunities to get involved.
The much-loved BRED BBQ returns with open-fire cooking, local chefs, favourite cafés and exclusive collaborations, while more than 30 local and regional brands will showcase special collections and limited-edition pieces.
Art and photography will also take centre stage, with a dedicated exhibition created with Middle East Archive, featuring more than 15 emerging regional talents.
The project will also produce a limited-edition photography book featuring work by Yasmine Hilal, Taqwa Bint Ali, Omar Al Mehri and other regional creatives.
