Formula 1 weekend is about to get even louder, with three global DJs joining the Yasalam line-up
If you’re heading to the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, there’s now even more reason to stay out after the racing ends.
Ethara Live has announced that global electronic music stars Black Coffee, CamelPhat and Shimza will take over 16/360 across three nights during F1 weekend, bringing even more party energy to Yas Island.
South African DJ and producer Shimza will kick things off on Friday, 4 December, bringing his signature Afro-tech sound to 16/360. He’ll be followed by British duo CamelPhat on Saturday, 5 December, with their electronic hits including Cola, Panic Room and Breathe.

Then, on Sunday, 6 December, Grammy-winning South African DJ Black Coffee will take to the decks, bringing his deep, hypnotic Afro-house sound to the F1 season finale.
Black Coffee has become one of the biggest names in electronic music, with tracks including Drive with David Guetta and Delilah Montagu, The Rapture Pt. III and Never Gonna Forget with Diplo and Elderbrook.
Meanwhile, CamelPhat’s Dave Whelan and Mike Di Scala have built a huge global following, with Cola becoming a worldwide hit and earning the duo a Grammy nomination.
Shimza, who has performed at Tomorrowland and held a residency at Ibiza’s Pacha, will open the three-day run with his blend of Afro-house, house and techno.
The performances will take place at 16/360 The Terrace Collection and The Circle at 16/360, premium experiences offering views across the Yas Marina Circuit, including turns 6, 7, 15 and 16 and the run towards the finish line.
The three DJ sets join an already packed Yasalam programme, which includes Yasalam Classics, the After-Race Concerts and official after-parties. Anyma is also set to perform at an official after-party, with more artists still to be announced.
