This Saturday, kick off your UAE National Day celebrations in style as music legend A.R. Rahman takes centre stage at the Sheikh Zayed Festival for a very special performance.

He’s unveiling Jamal Al Etihad, a brand-new musical tribute celebrating the UAE’s spirit of unity, coexistence, resilience, and hope.
The performance is free for all festival visitors, kicking off at 9.30pm. And if that wasn’t enough, a dazzling three-minute fireworks display lights up the sky at 10pm.
Created in collaboration with Burjeel Holdings, Jamal Al Etihad is a UAE-born masterpiece designed to resonate with both local and global audiences.
Rahman, a two-time Oscar and Grammy winner, performs it live for the first time alongside his team, accompanied by live bands and culturally inspired dance showcases.
You can expect an evening full of music and magical moments, the perfect way to mark the National Day celebrations this weekend.
