The redevelopment of Al Jimi Mall, expected to be fully completed by Q1 2025, aims to enhance the customer journey, and uplevel the mall to what Aldar’s says will be “the residents’ mall of choice” in the city.
According to Aldar, the Gross Leasable Area (GLA) will increase by 20 per cent to 91,000 sqm and introduce new anchor retailers, premium international brands, not to mention new and popular food concepts.
