New bus services announced linking Ajman with Abu Dhabi

The new bus services linking Ajman to Abu Dhabi will see four new daily trips

The Ajman Public Authority has announced enhanced bus services between Ajman and Abu Dhabi, beginning today 9 July.

APTA will now run four daily trips between Ajman and Abu Dhabi. Buses will depart from Al Musalla Station in Ajman to Abu Dhabi Bus Station and back, with the first trip from Ajman at 7am and the last at 7pm.

From Abu Dhabi, the first trip will start at 10am and the last at 9.30pm. Tickets cost AED 35, payable with the Masaar card. The route expansion aims to meet growing commuter demand.

Additionally, Ajman’s bus-on-demand (BOD) service, which was suspended on 4 June, is now back.

Operating from 6am to 11pm, the service offers minibuses with routes determined by an AI-powered app. Commuters pay AED 7 via the app, with discounts for group bookings.

For Abu Dhabi residents, intercity buses like the RTA’s E100 and E101 offer convenient connections to Sharjah and Dubai.
