Air India Express is stepping up its game, making travel between the UAE and India even more convenient.
With plans to expand its network and introduce new destinations like Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Dammam starting 4 February, the airline is responding to the growing demand from UAE travellers.
As one of the busiest travel corridors globally, the UAE-India route serves millions, and this expansion is a welcome addition for frequent flyers.
Currently connecting 19 Indian cities to 13 Middle Eastern destinations with 450 weekly flights, Air India Express is now targeting over 50 destinations, including popular spots like Bangkok and Phuket.
This network boost promises more affordable and accessible travel options for expats and families.

Travellers can also enjoy upgraded baggage perks.
Economy passengers now benefit from a 30kg free check-in baggage allowance, plus 7kg across two carry-ons, along with space for a laptop bag or backpack.
Families travelling with infants get an additional 10kg, bringing the total allowance to a generous 47kg.
For quick trips, the budget-friendly Xpress Lite option offers lower fares and a 3kg cabin baggage allowance, with the flexibility to pre-book extra weight if needed.
Business travellers aren’t left out either, with Xpress Biz offering a 40kg allowance for international flights.
With Air India Express expanding its reach and enhancing its services, travellers from Abu Dhabi and beyond have more options than ever to explore new destinations.
