In addition to its safety accolades, Abu Dhabi, along with Dubai, has also been recognized as one of the most liveable cities in the Middle East and Africa.

The Global Liveability Index of the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) for 2024 places Abu Dhabi at the forefront, with Dubai closely following in second place.

Both cities have made significant strides in enhancing their healthcare and education sectors, contributing to their high rankings.
