Michelin star chef Tom Aikens to drop by the Abu Dhabi EDITION

Guests can expect three special dining experiences.

One of the UAE’s favourite chefs is back in Abu Dhabi for a weekend.

Three Michelin star chef Tom Aikens will be casting an eye over The Abu Dhabi EDITION’s kitchens from 21 to 23 October 

And to celebrate the visit of the youngest chef to ever been awarded two Michelin stars, the hotel is serving up some tasty promotions for guests to enjoy. 

On Thursday the slick Oak Room will be hosting a four-course culinary where diners can wrap their chops around carvery cuts that will be presented by the UK chef himself. Beginning at 7pm, prices start from AED 495. 

Fancy a brunch?

The Oak Room will once again play host to the next activation of the weekend with brunch. Brunchers are told to expect signature British dishes that are paired with specially chosen beverages and premium bubbles. The three-hour experience sees prices start from AED 245. 

Moving to Saturday, guests will take a trip to the Mediterranean. Chef Aikens will be on the terrace where diners will be able to nibble on classic dishes, seasonal creations and sip on Italian mixed drinks for three hours from AED 325.

Available from 21 to 23 October, guests can enjoy a night’s stay in a deluxe marina room with a choice of one of the aforementioned dining experiences for two, Market breakfast for two plus early check-in and late check-out.

Coinciding with Aikens’ stopover is the return of Market at EDITION and the launch of a new season menu and Social Lunch at Alba Terrace.

Already dishing out meals like breakfast pizza withs goat’s cheese, balsamic red onion, rocket and sun-dried tomato and Croque Madame and Market French Toast, guests can frequent the interactive restaurant daily from 6.30am to 1pm. 

Social Lunch on Alba Terrace sees a new seasonal food card that includes plates like spaghetti vongole, saffron poached monkfish and slow cooked beef cheek being rustled up on weekdays from noon to 4pm. Prices start from AED 125 for a two-course lunch with three courses coming in at AED 145.
