These sessions are all about getting your body moving and improving flexibility
If you’re a woman aged 30 or above and looking for a fun, energising way to kickstart your year, Miral has the perfect weekend plan for you.
In the lead-up to the Open Masters Games Abu Dhabi 2026 (OMGAD 2026), Miral is hosting mobility workout sessions at Yas Bay, Yas Island on 24 and 31 January 2026.
These sessions are all about getting your body moving, improving flexibility, and boosting balance, no matter your fitness level.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Yas Bay and the Etihad Arena Plaza lawn, the outdoor classes offer a relaxed and welcoming environment, making it easy to focus on yourself, your posture, and your well-being.
Each session accommodates up to 40 women, so you can enjoy an intimate, community-focused experience.
Leading the sessions is Saoirse Correia, Founder of Freedom Space & Time and certified personal trainer.
She’ll guide participants through exercises that combine strength, mobility, and breath-awareness practices, helping you enhance posture, increase mobility, and even sharpen mental focus, all while having a great time.
