World-class indoor skydiving is coming to CLYMB™ Yas Island this January

Prepare to get swept off your feet as CLYMB™ Yas Island is about to turn the UAE skies upside down (indoors, of course) as it hosts the Second Official EEIPC 2026 World Skydiving Championships from 15-18 January.

For four high-flying days, over 250 athletes from more than 30 countries will take to the world’s largest indoor skydiving flight chamber to compete in jaw-dropping feats of speed, precision, and teamwork.

And for the first time ever, the UAE’s top skydivers will soar alongside the globe’s elite, with no parachutes required.

Spectators can watch five spectacular disciplines, including the 3rd International Skydiving 16-way Double Event, where 16 athletes weave in perfect aerial choreography, and the 2nd International Indoor Skydiving 8-way Event, showcasing mind-boggling eight-person routines.

Two exciting new events will also be making their debut: the 1st International Indoor Skydiving four-way Battle Event, an all-female face-off that proves girls really do fly high, and the 1st Vertical Sequentials 8-way Event, where teams flip, twist, and transition flawlessly in mid-air. Talk about taking formation to a whole new level.

“CLYMB™ Abu Dhabi is the perfect playground for this sky-high spectacle,” says Hussein Al-Hassni, General Manager.

“With the world’s largest flight chamber and the best indoor skydivers in action, families can expect a whirlwind of thrills, flips, and fun – all under one roof.”

Doors swing open at 3pm on 15 January, 11am on 16 January, and from 10am the remaining days.

Entry is free, family-friendly, and full of “air-mazing” excitement.
