The developer has entered the capital with ONE Residence on Al Reem Island
Abu Dhabi has a new real estate first, with ONE Development unveiling what it says is the region’s first residential tower built around a fully integrated vertical take-off and landing ecosystem.
As reported this week on entrepreneur.com, the developer has officially entered the capital with the launch of ONE Residence on Al Reem Island, a 31-floor waterfront tower that blends AI-powered living with future-ready mobility.
At the heart of the project is dedicated rooftop infrastructure for electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, alongside a drone-based delivery hub, a concept the company describes as a global first for residential living.
The aerial mobility setup was created in partnership with Advanced Mobility Hub, part of Multi Level Group, and runs on VertiHub technology.

The announcement was made during a high-profile launch event on 9 December, 2025, at Emirates Palace, bringing together investors, property insiders and special guest Amr Diab, who serves as the brand’s ambassador.
ONE Residence marks ONE Development’s Abu Dhabi debut, following the earlier launch of Laguna Residence in Dubai, and reflects the company’s growing ambitions across the region.
Designed for those who want waterfront calm without losing touch with city life, the tower promises AI-led smart home features, upscale shared spaces and a lifestyle offering aimed squarely at forward-thinking residents and investors.
The launch also reinforces ONE Development’s wider expansion plans, with projects underway in the UAE and Egypt, as the company continues to carve out a place in Abu Dhabi’s fast-changing property scene.
