Known for its refined glamour, Butcher & Still is bringing its signature vibe to the holiday celebrations.
On Christmas Eve, Chef Marshall Röth and his team present a curated menu of steakhouse classics, featuring showstopping beef Wellington and the restaurant’s signature pecan pie, served in an atmosphere of vintage sophistication and timeless elegance.
On Christmas Day, the chef and his culinary team present a grand festive brunch at the stylish Chicago-style steakhouse, featuring holiday favourites.

On Christmas Day, it’s time for the Pranzo di Natale brunch, featuring roasted smoked lamb, handmade veal and chicken tortellini, and other festive favourites.

The highly anticipated Japanese bar Saikindō is opening this November, which means it’s making its festive debut this year. For an even more iconic celebration, you have the private Party Room – offering exceptional cuisine, curated drinks, and a private DJ create an unforgettable evening.
