Abu Dhabi is flipping the script with its brand-new Corniche Night Beach, a glowing, family-friendly spot that’s open after dark and totally free to enter.
Whether you’re looking to cool off after a long day or just want to stretch out your summer nights, this beach is where it’s at.
With well-lit swimming zones, lifeguards on duty, and first-aid services, it’s designed with safety and comfort in mind. Sports fans, you’re covered too, there are courts for volleyball, football, and basketball ready for some evening action.

So, what’s the vibe?
Open from 6am to 10pm on weekdays and until midnight on weekends (yes, Friday through Sunday!), the beach invites everyone to unwind under the stars.
Head over through Gates 4 to 6 and dive into a 1,000 sqm swimming area. It’s your new go-to spot for night swims, coastal breezes, and no sunburn.
This isn’t the capital’s first night beach. Back in July, Marsana Night Beach on Hudayriyat Island kicked off its summer season with cosy loungers, moonlit waters, dining options, and chilled water stations.
The catch? Marsana comes with an entry fee, AED 50 on weekdays and AED 100 on weekends. Kids under six? They’re in for free.
Oh, and if you’re more of a daytime splash seeker, Yas Waterworld just got even bigger with a massive 13,445 sqm expansion. It’s a water-lover’s dream, day or night.
So, grab your towel, round up the crew, and hit the Corniche Night Beach, it’s your new evening escape, and the best part? It won’t cost you a dirham.
