The entire project is being developed under a $2.5 billion Build-Operate-Transfer model, which means the private sector will handle the build-out and operation before eventually transferring it to the government.
One of the coolest parts? Aion Sentia’s cognitive backbone will power everything from energy systems and mobility to education, healthcare, and digital services.
MAIA will act as the link between people, city services, and even personal devices; all through a single interface.
