Abu Dhabi is gearing up to celebrate the elegance and richness of Arabic language and culture with ‘Funoon Bil Arabi’, a free two-day event at Mamsha Al Saadiyat, Saadiyat Island.
Mark your calendars for 19 and 20 December 2024, from 5 pm to 10 pm, and get ready for an evening filled with art, entertainment, and cultural discovery.
Organised by Miral, in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) and Image Nation Abu Dhabi, this event is perfect for families and children of all ages.

Held in honour of World Arabic Language Day, Funoon Bil Arabi promises a vibrant lineup of activities that showcase the beauty and influence of Arabic heritage.
From creative workshops like tote bag design, ceramic painting, and bracelet making to live Arabic storytelling sessions, puppet shows, and musical performances, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Young attendees can also meet beloved children’s character Faynoonah or visit the Henna station for a traditional touch.
The event will screen acclaimed Arabic feature films, ‘Al Eid Eiden’ and ‘Shabab Sheyab’, courtesy of Image Nation Abu Dhabi, and feature educational Arabic cartoons from the Madrasa e-learning platform.
