La Cava at Rosewood Abu Dhabi has just launched a delicious new menu that will have you going back for more

 

Grape lovers’ in Abu Dhabi have long loved La Cava at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, and now there’s a new menu to check out too!

The thoughtfully crafted menu emphasises seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. While La Cava remains true to its origins, with rich wooden panelling, soft ambient lighting and plush seating, the menu marks a transformation from an elevated grape journey.

Every dish has been crafted to enhance the flavours of the grapes, the menu serving as a guide, ensuring that each pairing is a celebration of taste.

Among the standout starters, Wagyu Carpaccio, Kale & Avocado Salad, and Polpo a la Gallega.

The sharing style Charcuterie platter of comte, manchego, Grana Padano, a selection of cured meats accompanied with focaccia and aioli, recommended with a wide range of wines, from zesty whites to bold reds, making it an ideal start to any meal.

For main courses, we would highly recommend the Roasted Sea Bream, cooked to perfection and served with harissa tableside. It’s flaky, delicious and just amazing to say the least. Cecina de Leon, or the tender Beef Tenderloin with artichoke, pecorino cream, and beef jus is suggested with an exploration of South American reds.

The vegetarians haven’t been forgotten though, with a lovely Cauliflower Steak on the menu as well, marinated in salsa verde and lemon zest to bring out its natural flavours. And of course, La Cava has a selection of decadent desserts to round off the meal.
