Rainfall was reported in different parts of the UAE on Tuesday morning
As reported by Team Yalla yesterday morning, slight rain fell in parts of Abu Dhabi and UAE in general today, Tuesday 5 August.
Abu Dhabi experienced summer rain on Tuesday morning, prompting the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) to issue an amber weather warning.
Yellow alerts were also announced for other parts of the UAE. Rainfall was recorded in Abu Al Abyad Island, Al Mirfa, and Tareef regions.
The NCM forecasts wet weather, especially in the east and south, until Thursday, with a slight drop in temperatures.

This spell of unstable weather is reported to be due to the intertropical convergence zone, a low-pressure belt around the Equator.
Summer rain is common in the UAE, influenced by low-pressure systems from India’s monsoon season.
On Monday, downpours and hail were reported on the Dubai-Al Ain Road and in Al Ain’s Masakin area.
Road conditions are expected to be treacherous throughout the week and authorities have urged motorists to show caution while driving.
