Celebrate a decade of culinary excellence in the UAE capital with an exclusive new menu at Zuma Abu Dhabi. The festivities and gastronomic excellence will continue until 15 June.
The 10-year anniversary menu at Zuma Abu Dhabi features delights such as black angus ribeye with a sansho pepper sauce, octopus tempura, and grilled scallops with Japanese herbs sauce and fresh black truffle. For dessert, guests can indulge in spiced pineapples with coconut yogurt and yuzu granita, as well as a deluxe dessert platter.

As one of the pioneer dining destinations on Al Maryah Island in 2014, Zuma Abu Dhabi introduced modern Japanese cuisine to the capital.
