The Women’s UAE Tour covers a total distance of 468km.
There’s a great reason to celebrate today because the UAE’s first professional women’s cycling team is all set to participate in the first Women’s UAE Tour.
UAE Team ADQ will be a part of the inaugural Women’s UAE Tour which is taking place from 9-12 February.
Melissa Moncada, Head of UAE Team ADQ said that the Women’s UAE Tour is a unique opportunity for women in the country to support the female team representing and see them competing in a World Tour standard race on home ground.

She added that the event will shape the women’s cycling ecosystem in the UAE, and consequently inspire more young women to join the cycling movement.
The Women’s UAE Tour’s total distance is 468km which comprises four stages.
Stages of the first Women’s UAE Tour
Stage 1: Port Rashid – Dubai Harbour (109km)
Stage 2: Al Dhafra Castle – Al Mirfa (133km)
Stage 3: Hazza bin Zayed Stadium – Jebel Hafeet (107km)
Stage 4: Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy – Abu Dhabi Breakwater (119km)
Reflecting the UAE flag colours, UAE Team ADQ riders will be wearing the new race official jerseys.
