Set for 29 October at The Abu Dhabi EDITION’s renowned, award-winning steakhouse, Oak Room is a supper club experience unlike any other. Indulge in unique creations at The Nomad Dinner, curated by Michelin-starred Chef Tom Aikens in collaboration with Emirati chef and restaurateur, Faisal Naser.
Since launching in 2018, The Abu Dhabi EDITION has worked closely with Chef Tom Aikens across signature award-winning restaurants. In collaboration with culinary gourmand, Chef Faisal Naser, the Nomad Dinner embraces a blend of local and international essence, merging both chefs’ experience and talent to highlight the richness of the Emirati and British cuisines.
Starting at 8pm, guests are invited to indulge in a lavish six-course menu including Oak Room’s mouthwatering sourdough and marmite butter, Loch Fyne oysters and housemade ricotta to start. The amuse-bouche is then followed by Chef Faisal’s famous local grilled prawns and corn tortellini pasta complemented by Chef Tom’s signature grilled lamb loin for the main course.
The delectable set menu will conclude in the best manner possible with a lemon granita trio created by Chef Faisal and the irresistible saffron poached meringue by Chef Tom.
