There are even recipe cards so you can make your own veggie dishes at home.
Vegetarian restaurants are not easy to come by in Abu Dhabi, but from this Wednesday this is about to change as Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi rolls out its new vegetarian Wednesdays weekly affair for all you plant-based loving veggies out there.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re a vegetarian, vegan, or simply love tucking into plant-based dining options, the hotel’s Market Kitchen is set to tick all the boxes and more.
Launching this Wednesday 8 June, plants meet market with specially curated menus that change weekly so you get to enjoy something new each time you visit.
Dishes on the menu will be healthy and flavour-forward created using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients. The mouth-watering dishes include Kimchi Fritters (coriander and apple mayo) and Miso Aubergine (pickled radish, miso sauce, spiced pecan nuts and of course for the sweetest part, Five Spiced Pear & Pumpkin Fritters (caramelised pumpkin seeds, candied orange, coconut sorbet), among other delights.
The sharing menu is unlimited and offers seven savoury and two sweet dishes paired together with healthy signature mocktails and soft beverages or mixes and house beverages.
The journey doesn’t stop there as the chefs at Market Kitchen are set to reveal a new signature recipe card each month that you can take away and follow the recipe instructions to create a delicious meal in the comfort of your own home.
Not only that, #Sproutme means that guests will also take away with them fresh sprouts composed in a glass bottle and cork top that can be use in meals, or simply to grow.
