Environment Agency Abu Dhabi is running a ‘reduce pollution’ challenge on social media

The challenge takes place every Monday!

Are you ready for a summer challenge?

This is a question that the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD) is asking the community and you just know that when they throw out a challenge that it is going to be great for planet Earth and the future generations.

All of us want to play a part in changing the world into a better place and if you have been doing just that then the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi wants you to deliver the goods, so to speak, to see how sustainable you can be during the summer season.

The challenge is running on the ‘Gram.

The EAD recently announced that it aims to reduce 20 million single-use plastic bottles every year by installing 70 Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) and 26 Smart Bins across Abu Dhabi.

The RVMs and smart bins will be located in busy areas such as the Corniche, Abu Dhabi Airport, sports venues, malls. and academic institutions.
