Environment Abu Dhabi have launched a campaign this week urging people to be mindful of the environment during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The ‘Mission to Zero: Ramadan Edition’ initiative is asking you to embrace a greener Holy Month and play your part for the environment. They are asking people to unite in adopting eco-friendly practices and making a positive impact on the the community in Abu Dhabi.
Throughout the campaign the EAD will be helping you out by issuing weekly tips on reducing waste and single use plastic, providing eco-conscious Iftar and Suhoor ideas and overall sustainable lifestyle guidance.

Last year COP28 visited the UAE to speak about greener plans for the future and it shone a spotlight on how Abu Dhabi is dealing with the topic of climate change.
EAD have been instrumental in recent times in raising awareness, and for every person which attended the COP28, they planted not one, but 10 mangrove trees!
