With new additions to the schedule this season of Abu Dhabi Summer Sports promises a lot of fun!
Summer can be all about sports minus the sun, only in Abu Dhabi. At least with Abu Dhabi Summer Sports around!
Abu Dhabi Summer Sports (ADSS) is back this June at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), and it’s bigger than ever. Running from 14 June until 23 August, it’s the perfect opportunity to stay fit and beat the heat.
According to the ADSS IG account, bookings are now open! With a 50 per cent discount valid until 23 June, choose from one of 12 thrilling sports including football, badminton, padel tennis, obstacle courses, functional fitness, action cricket and so much more!

Abu Dhabi Summer Sports is also introducing brand-new additions to the schedule, namely action cricket, an obstacle course, and tennis. All three are coming this summer alongside the community’s all-time favourites from previous years!
Previously the 27,000 square-metre climate-controlled venue has hosted various sports, including football, padel, basketball, volleyball, and badminton across 25 indoor courts and fields. Whether you’re looking to maintain your fitness or to simply enjoy quality time with family and friends, there’s something on offer for all ages and fitness levels.
The latest edition provides a wide selection of individual and team sports options. From engaging sports and recreational activities for children to expanded health and wellness programmes catering to all ages – it’s time for an unforgettable summer!
