RAMADAN 2022: An Iftar dining experience like no other awaits at Olea

Begin your culinary journey by delving into a selection of appetising starters such as cold and hot mezze like fresh salad, crunchy fattoush, kibbeh, falafel and fried halloumi brought to your table by attentive waiting staff.

After polishing off your opening course, explore the plethora of live cooking stations where fabulous surprises await. Tuck into freshly baked saj breads that are topped with cheese, za’atar or kishk, alongside succulent grilled meats before casting your eyes on supreme offerings including grilled prawns, chicken shawarma, lamb botti and carved prime ribeye beef, accompanied by scrumptious steamed vegetables, roasted potatoes and creamy risotta.

If you prefer the tastes of the Middle East, select regional favourites such as chicken mussakhan, hummus fattah, ouzi and meat and vegetarian tagines. Gastronomes of regional cuisine will also be treated to a dish that will engage all the senses with the traditional tandoo-pit roasted lamb, prepared on the outdoor terrace, offering up an explosion of flavour thanks to a special homemade recipe.
