This Ramadan, Ting Irie invites guests to indulge in a four-course Iftar set menu that reimagines traditional flavours with an Afro-Caribbean twist.

Enjoy a truly unique experience as you dine beachside, savoring dishes expertly crafted by Head Chef Tomlin, who has brought his passion for Jamaican cuisine around the world.

The Iftar menu begins with delicious starters like dates and Red Lentil Soup, complemented by a fresh Middle Eastern Salad.

For the main course, choose from options such as Caribbean Lamb Kofta, Jerk Chicken Kabsa, or a flavorful Coconut Lime Fish Fillet. To finish on a sweet note, indulge in Chocolate Pistachio Truffle or traditional homemade Baklava.
