A new luxury hotel is heading to Saadiyat Island

The property will open on Mamsha in 2026.

There’s a brand-new hotel and beach club coming to Abu Dhabi and you’re going to love it!

You already know that Mamsha Al Saadiyat is where the cool cats hang out for the perfect beach vibe and to be seen in the stunning parade of restaurants and eateries.  And now the iconic Nobu brand is set to open a stunning hotel and beach club, not to mention stylish residences.

And of course, there’ll be a rather fabulous Nobu restaurant, the first in Abu Dhabi, serving Japanese fare for discerning diners.

The Nobu Hospitality concepts will open in collaboration with Aldar properties, to form part of the cultural and culinary hub of Saadiyat Grove.

The hotel will include state-of-the-art wellness and fitness centre, opulent swimming pools, and expansive event and conference facilities.

The superb, branded Nobu residences will be the first of a kind in the Middle East for this renown brand., and second worldwide.

Those choosing to reside here will be tapping into an envious lifestyle of multi-bedroom, sea view apartments  with gardens overlooking the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi,  state-of-the-art gym and even a movie screening room.

It doesn’t get better than that!
