“The details were everything, from how we presented the menu to the personalised service for each guest. It was truly bespoke, and that’s what made it unforgettable.

As for the future, Evelyn hints at exciting developments on the horizon, though she remains tight-lipped on the specifics.
“We have some big plans in store for group events,” she teases.
“While I can’t reveal too much yet, I can say that we’re always looking for ways to innovate and elevate the experience for our guests.
“Outdoor venues, like our helipad and beachside locations, are becoming more popular, and we’re finding new ways to make those spaces even more extraordinary.”
